Harnessing AI to Deliver Hyperlocal Climate Intelligence for Farmers in a Changing World

Agriculture underpins global food security, yet farmers increasingly face unpredictable climate conditions. Our project introduces an AI-driven microclimate prediction system that delivers hyperlocal, actionable forecasts by combining global models with national and ground-level data across Brazil’s diverse ecosystems.
Designed for real-world use, the platform features a Generative AI conversational interface that translates complex climate data into simple, decision-ready insights—empowering farmers and field technicians regardless of technical background. Early validations across multiple regions demonstrate its potential to improve crop planning, reduce climate-related risks, and enhance sustainability.
Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals—Zero Hunger (SDG 2), Climate Action (SDG 13), and Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG 9)—the solution is built for scalability and adaptation to different geographies. By bridging advanced AI with accessible tools, we enable communities worldwide to strengthen climate resilience and secure food production.
