Gitanjali Sah is the Head of the WSIS and Stakeholder Engagement Division at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). With more than 20 years of experience in digital policy and development, driving innovative, evidence‑based approaches to harness technology for inclusive, resilient, and sustainable progress across the UN system—including roles at ITU, UNESCO, and UNDP—she has played a central role in advancing digital cooperation, WSIS implementation, and inter‑agency coordination. She is an experienced leader in multistakeholder engagement, strengthening inclusive collaboration among governments, the private sector, civil society, academia, the technical community, and international organizations to build people‑centered, development‑oriented information and knowledge societies. She holds an M.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India. She is widely recognized as a leader in shaping global digital development agendas.

Ana Gabriela Valdiviezo is an Electronic Engineer and expert in telecommunications, digital transformation, artificial intelligence and technology policy, with more than 23 years of experience leading public policy, digital innovation and regulatory initiatives across Latin America. She made history as the first woman ever to serve as President of Ecuador's National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) and also held the positions of Vice Minister and Undersecretary of Information and Communication Technologies, where she led national policies aimed at expanding connectivity, accelerating digital transformation and reducing digital divides. 
Ana is currently the CEO of TACTIC, founder of the Ecuador Digital Transformation Observatory, and creator of Las STEMinistas, an initiative dedicated to inspiring and empowering girls and young women to become the next generation of leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). She has also led digital inclusion and innovation programs for women in vulnerable situations, including women deprived of liberty, promoting technology as a powerful tool for social inclusion and economic empowerment. 
She serves as an international mentor for initiatives led by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), supporting women leaders, digital skills development and inclusive innovation across the region. 
Her leadership has been internationally recognized through several prestigious awards, including the Globant Women That Build Award – Digital Leader, the WSIS Champion Award, Ecuador's Matilde Hidalgo de Prócel National Scientific Merit Award, and her nomination as a WSIS Women and Girls Trendsetter, recognizing her outstanding contribution to advancing inclusive digital transformation and empowering women and girls worldwide.

Abiola is a lawyer, an IT enthusiast and a governance professional with over 20 years of experience garnered from different industries in Nigeria, with a stint in Dubai, UAE. She is a certified IFC Corporate Governance Trainer and a member of the UK Institute of Leadership and Management. 

She is the CEO of Edniesal Consulting, a firm offering unique corporate services to clients within different sectors. She is the Founder of The CIO Club Africa, the Convener of The CIO Awards Africa and The Ladies-in-Tech Network. These are strategic platforms where she collaborates with other stakeholders in driving the agenda for the digital transformation of Africa.

She sits on several boards including SIB Insurance Brokers, the Beer Sectoral Group of the Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN) and as the Chairman of NOKASH, a fintech company. She is a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), a member/Hon. Secretary of the Young Directors Forum of IOD, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and a Strap & Safe Child Foundation director. She was the past Chair of ICSAN Lagos State Chapter.

Abiola was the Group General Counsel/Company Sec./Head of Corporate Services of PZ Cussons 
Africa. She was also the Executive Secretary of PZ Cussons Foundation. Previously, she was the Legal 
Counsel, West Africa/Deputy Company Secretary of Cadbury Nigeria Plc and Cadbury Ghana (members of the Mondelēz Group of Companies) and a Senior Trust Executive at UBA Trustees.

Alice Paola Pomè is a Building Engineer and Postdoctoral Researcher at Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in the Real Estate Center, Department of Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering. Her research focuses on digital innovation and sustainability for the built environment, exploring how emerging technologies can accelerate the twin transition of the construction and real estate sectors in line with Industry 5.0 principles. By combining research, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, she promotes inclusive, human-centred approaches to digital transformation, ensuring that women and younger generations play an active role in shaping more sustainable and resilient societies. 

Alongside her academic career, Alice serves as the Next Generation Representative of Soroptimist International –a global volunteer organization empowering all women and girls– and as the Young Representative of Soroptimist International of Europe. She works to advance global advocacy on gender equality, youth empowerment, and environmental sustainability. Since 2023, she has been a key contributor to the development of the SI Youth Forum, strengthening intergenerational dialogue and youth participation. This is why she is collaborating with other organizations in international tables, including Women7, contributing to policy discussions on digital transformation, climate action, and women's rights. 

Dr. Amos Obi, hails from Idheze -Irri, Isoko South , Delta state, Nigeria .   Amos is a prolific Researcher, Inventor with Patent certification , Author, Social Entrepreneur and Digital Innovation Leader. He also serves as the Principal Innovator/CEO of HETAVED Skills Academy for Innovations and Entrepreneurship. With multidisciplinary expertise in  Pharmacology, Science and Technology, Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship,  Artificial Intelligence and Theology.  Dr. Amos  has pioneered several Patented Inventions, including Obique Alkaline Water, Organic Floating Fish Feeds, Liquid Fertilizer, and the HETAVED AI Digito Hub. Internationally, Amos is highly  recognized for advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals, he has received endorsements as a Digital Game Changer, TVET Innovator, Gender- Trendsetter/Friendly Innovator, and Meaningful Business 100 (MB100) Innovator for the UN SDGs and the 2030 Global Agenda.  He is a recipient of the 2024 African ICT Innovator Award, Dr. Obi has authored over 250 books and has trained and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs most especially youths and women across Africa through the  HETAVED's Digital Skills and Entrepreneurship initiatives. 

Annariina Komljenovic is Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliance Management at valantic, a leading European digital consultancy. Over 25 years, her career has spanned senior roles at AWS EMEA and Deutsche Börse Group. She now writes and speaks on digital sovereignty, AI governance and cloud strategy for public sector, defence and enterprise audiences across Europe. She is competitively selected participant in NATO's Innovation Continuum 2026 in smart logistics and cyber resilience by design syndicates. She served as President of RightsTech Women, an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council, from 2023 to 2024, advancing the rights of women and girls in STEM. She conceived and teached a cloud-skills course at TU Wien, now in its third fully subscribed year, and mentors emerging women in technology through Mimmit Koodaa, Women Innovating in Cloud Africa CloudHER and the Heidelberg Laureate Forum. She is co-authoring the leadership book C-SHIFT: Shift or Be Shifted.

Profile of Dr Carrine Teoh Chooi Shi, CISSP, CBCP
Dr Carrine Teoh Chooi Shi (CISSP, CBCP) is an accomplished technology and 
governance leader with more than 25 years of cross sectors experience spanning 
engineering technology, cybersecurity and corporate strategy. She is currently serving 
as Independent Non-Executive Director and Board member of SCICOM (MSC) Bhd.
She combines board level oversight with deep technical literacy in risk management, 
data protection and critical infrastructure resilience, enabling effective alignment 
between business strategy and technology execution.

She has vast experience in cybersecurity, mitigating technology risks, risk 
management, analysing technical market and product development, critical 
infrastructure protection, digital transformation, ISO implementation, governance and 
business strategy. She is passionate about synergy of business and technology, 
bringing in strategy and technology into implementation. She advocates women in 
technology especially in cybersecurity and is passionate about developing the next 
generation of technology talents, by mentoring and sharing her knowledge and skills.

Dr Carrine is President of ASEAN CXO Association (Cybersecurity & Governance 
Chapter) and President for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore 
Alumni (Malaysia). She was part of the team which spearheaded Malaysian Women 
in Security (MYWiS). 

In 2020, Dr Carrine was awarded Top 10 Women in Security in Malaysia. This followed
by Top 30 Women in Security in ASEAN in 2021. She was named as Top 10 Linkedin
ASEAN Cybersecurity Influencers 2021. She won Digitech Brandleadership Award 
2024 (Cybersecurity & Empowerment). She continued to contribute in the field of
technology and leadership, through her appointments as VigiTrust Advisory Board and
Asia Top 50 Women Tech Leaders Advisor/Judge. She was Nanyang Technological 
University Singapore’s Notable Alumni for year 2024 and 2025. 

CEO of KIBERone Banja Luka, she develops human-centred, practice-based approaches that help children,particularly those
facing social, developmental, or educational barriers,build confidence, digital skills, and a sense of belonging in the digital
world.

As the first Google Women Techmakers Ambassador from Bosnia and Herzegovina, she has helped open new pathways for
women's leadership in technology while advancing inclusive digital education through practice-driven innovation. She also
serves as a Country Leader and Ambassador across several global communities dedicated to supporting women in technology and innovation, and is a member of the Women Techmakers Transition Advisory Council, contributing to the strategic development of one of the world's largest global communities supporting women in technology.A contributor and speaker at the Council of Europe Digital Citizenship Education Forums and Conferences, she has represented her work at some of Europe's leading policy spaces for digital education. At the WSIS Forum 2026, she is moderating the session "Rising from the Margins: Co-Creating Inclusive Digital Learning for Every Child" and presenting Mentora+ as an exhibitor.

Dragana believes that access to technology, AI, and digital literacy should never be a privilege. Her mission is to develop inclusive educational models that empower every child and connect local innovation with global efforts to build a more inclusive digital future

Giulia Massimetti is an AI Architect and 2026 She Goes ICT candidate in the “Rising Tech Star” category, specialized in designing and implementing complex technical solutions for global enterprises. Recently featured at the SIE Congress 2025 in Krakow with a session on the AI nexus, she advocates for ethical frameworks and safety-by-design as the foundation for bridging the gender gap and building inclusive technology.

Ladé Araba is a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance, a senior Development Finance Executive and Board Member, and a champion for girls’ and women’s economic empowerment, with over 23 years of professional experience. She is Co-Founder and President of the Visiola Foundation, which has trained over 24,000 African girls and young women from 17 African countries through 3 high-quality STEM programs. Through the Foundation, she is helping to close the most consequential gap in Africa’s future by ensuring that African girls acquire the skills, mentoring, and links to employers to help them access well-paid technical jobs.

Marcela Mogilska is a tech entrepreneur, community builder, and business development leader with over 12 years of international experience helping technology companies scale across Europe and Asia-Pacific. She is the Founder & CEO of Allie, an AI-powered employee training platform that uses hyper-realistic AI avatars to teach workplace soft skills through immersive, interactive role-play. Apart from that, she is the Founder & Managing Director of Radia – The Inclusive Tech Network, one of Germany's largest communities supporting women in technology.

Having lived and worked in 11 countries and speaking seven languages, Marcela brings a global perspective to innovation, leadership, and business growth. She is passionate about the future of work, responsible AI, diversity in technology, and building products and communities that create meaningful social impact.

Margherita Pillan, PhD, is a full professor of UX Design at the Politecnico di Milano and a member of Soroptimist International. She coordinates the Services, Products, Strategies research unit and is a faculty member on the Associate Doctorate in Service Design for the Public Sector programme at the Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. Her research includes theoretical and experimental studies on user-centred design methodologies, interaction and service design, and design research. She has collaborated with several national and international industries on projects, with a particular focus on digital transition. Her recent research focuses on AI tools to support UX design methodologies for innovation, inclusion, and well-being. She also conducts research in systemic design and gender studies.

Monica Maghami is the Founder & CEO of SUSTAIN-NOBILITY Advisory, a UK-based Al governance and sustainability advisory firm. She is a lawyer qualified in Portugal and Brazil, with over 20 years of experience in the United Kingdom, advising organisations on technology, regulatory compliance, and ethical innovation. 

Recognised among the Davos 100 Women in Al globally, Monica advises SMEs, has built an AI Governance Readiness Check tool, an intelligent AI Governance platform, through accelerator and incubator programmes.

She has previously held legal and advisory roles at leading global organisations such as Deloitte, Accenture, BBC, and Giesecke +Devrient as their UK and Ireland General Counsel for 10 years and has spoken at international forums including the United Nations, Commonwealth, G20 and the House of Lords.

Through her work, writing, and public speaking, Monica focuses on advancing ethical Al and bridging the Global North and South to support human-centred innovation that advances human dignity, nature protection and collective prosperity.

Dr. Nermin Selim is a recognized Intellectual Property Expert, Institutional Excellence Consultant, Executive Trainer, and Strategic Advisor with more than 15 years of professional experience in intellectual property protection, innovation governance, institutional excellence, strategic planning, digital transformation, and sustainable development.

She serves as the Secretary General of the Creators Union of Arab, an international non-governmental organization holding Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), where she represents the organization before United Nations bodies and leads strategic initiatives supporting innovation, intellectual property, governance, and sustainable development.

Dr. Nermin Selim holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Sciences and is a Co-Founder of NextGen Solutions, a company specializing in smart technologies, digital transformation, and innovation-driven business solutions. With extensive expertise in intellectual property, digital innovation, and emerging technologies, she has played a leading role in the development of strategic initiatives that promote secure and sustainable digital ecosystems.

Among her most notable contributions is the co-development of the Intellectual Property Verification (IPV) Platform, an innovative digital platform designed to authenticate digital content and strengthen the protection, verification, and management of intellectual property rights in the digital environment through advanced technological solutions.

Dr. Selim has delivered more than 300 executive training programs, lectures, and workshops throughout the MENA region covering patents, trademarks, copyrights, WIPO treaties, Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), patent drafting, IP commercialization, innovation management, and digital intellectual property protection. She has also trained Patent Examiners of the GCC Patent Office through specialized professional programs.

Her expertise also extends to Institutional Excellence, Government Competitiveness, Strategic Planning, Governance, KPI Management, Organizational Development, and International Recognition Programs, where she has advised organizations on institutional transformation, performance excellence, and sustainable organizational development.

Dr. Selim has actively participated in numerous United Nations conferences, WIPO-related initiatives, Internet Governance Forum (IGF) meetings, UN Water Conference, World Data Forum, and other global forums, while supervising international side events and awareness initiatives addressing intellectual property, digital governance, sustainability, technology transfer, and innovation ecosystems.

Professor Olga Jurasz is founder and director of the Centre for Protecting Women Online - an internationally leading, cross-disciplinary unit focusing on advancing women's and girls' digital rights and online safety. Olga’s innovative and cutting-edge research has influenced law and policy making across the UK as well as internationally, including at the UN and Council of Europe levels. Between 2024-2026, Olga worked with the Council of Europe (CoE) as an Independent Expert, contributing to drafting a Recommendation to all CoE member states on accountability for technology-facilitated violence against women and girls (TFVAWG) - the first instrument of this kind, not only in Europe but worldwide, to guide states on obligations and actions regarding addressing TFVAWG. Olga is committed to advancing evidence-led law & policy change and overcoming ‘gender data gap’ - to that end she designed and led on the largest, UK-wide survey on online violence against women, providing essential data for law and policy makers concerning this growing and urgent societal problem. She has published widely on TFVAWG, online harms, and feminist approaches to governance of online and digital spaces. 

Saima Malik is an enterprise executive and Head of Process, Automation, and Centre of Excellence at a leading Tier 1 North American bank, where she operates at the frontier of digital, AI, agentic, and transformation work — ensuring technology expands human capability rather than replaces it. She is a natural bridge-builder across enterprise, community, and global innovation ecosystems, known for connecting people, ideas, and institutions to make a bigger collective social impact. 

She is also the founder of Amanna, a global mission-driven platform dedicated to making AI accessible to all of humanity, particularly women, founders, and underserved communities — providing the AI and automation strategies, frameworks, and playbooks that secure real access and economic opportunity for those historically excluded from the technology sector. 

A systematic community builder, Saima founded the MAX Women in Leadership pillar and partnered with Move the Dial. She advises various female-led community organizations, including SMILE Canada and Scale Without Borders, on scaling social impact through digital and AI transformation. A recognized thought leader on the global stage and podcasts, she has spoken at GITEX Dubai's Women in Tech Stage, Elevate Toronto, and the Run the World Summit — advocating everywhere she goes for placing women at the centre of designing, building, and governing the technologies shaping our future. 

ASSALA SACI is a Network and Telecommunications Engineer graduate from University of Biskra, Algeria. She specializes in 5G communication systems, network simulation using NYUSIM, and mobile network infrastructure. Passionate about digital innovation, she actively encourages girls and women to pursue careers in technology by sharing knowledge, supporting their projects, and inspiring confidence in the ICT field.

Sarah Barnbrook is Founder and CEO of Away from Keyboard (AFK) Inc., an Australian charity working at the intersection of digital safety, ethical AI governance, and child safeguarding. She is Co Vice-Chair of IEEE Industry Connections Activity IC25-008-01 on AI and Family Violence, Chief Advocacy Officer at Women 4 STEM, Founder of Xallarap Pty Ltd, through which she helps others build ethically with AI, and Soroptimist International's Australia Advocacy Lead for Digital Safety Futures. She facilitated the Women Deliver 2026 Declaration Consultation on technology-facilitated gender-based violence. Sarah developed the Vulnerability Stacking Framework and the Compounding-Risk Screen, structural tools for assessing how overlapping vulnerabilities compound risk in automated systems, and created Alt-TAB, a free-to-use pre-deployment AI ethics assessment tool.

Tania Gómez Herazo specializes in strategic orchestration of Cloud and AI ecosystems to drive sustainable business growth, globally. With two decades of leadership in digital transformation, she advises organizations on leveraging emerging technologies to create value and deliver measurable social and corporate impact. Currently serving as Expert Director at Devoteam. She is a public speaker and a recognized voice for women in Leadership and in STEM, she bridges the gap between IT strategy, and the ethical and sustainable implementation of AI.

As Advocacy AI Advisor for Soroptimist International, she promotes ethical and sustainable frameworks to ensure all women and girls are the architects of the digital future.
