A dynamic, practical, forward-looking, and conversational session exploring the role of youth innovation in using digital platforms and science communication to make weather, climate and agricultural information clearer, more inclusive and more actionable. The session will highlight the interlinkages between weather, climate, agriculture, and food security, while examining how technical information can be translated into practical tools, messages, and insights that communities and young people can use at local and regional levels. It will also bring global perspectives on how youth can strengthen access to information and drive innovative approaches across climate, agrifood systems transformation, and digital cooperation

Ms. Grecia Pillaca Burga
Ms. Grecia Pillaca Burga Programme Coordination Intern World Meteorological Organization Moderator

Grecia Pillaca Burga is a Peruvian lawyer and international development professional with extensive in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and multilateral governance across the United Nations system, public institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Currently serving at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Grecia supports initiatives that strengthen youth engagement and collaboration in global governance for weather, water, and climate action. Her work focuses on fostering strategic communications and partnerships, advancing social inclusion, and facilitating collaboration among diverse regions.


She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a master’s degree in International Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute. In 2024, she was awarded the Latin American Student Talent Award in Switzerland and has been previously recognized as an International Gender Youth Champion and a Young Peacebuilder for the Americas.


Mr. Josh Ingersoll
Mr. Josh Ingersoll ITU Secretary-General Youth Advisory Board member ITU Moderator

Josh Ingersoll is an ITU Secretary-General Youth Advisory Board member who serves as Senior Manager of Government Lasercom Products at Amazon Leo, leading product development for U.S. government applications of next-generation satellite communications. He has advocated for youth technical delegate inclusion at WRC working group sessions, most recently in remarks delivered at the 2026 ECOSOC Youth Forum SDG 9 session. Josh also serves as Executive Director of the Matthew Isakowitz Commercial Space Scholarship (MCSS), a student mentorship program developing the next generation of commercial space leaders. He holds aerospace engineering degrees from Georgia Tech and graduate degrees in business and international space policy from George Washington University and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2026.


Ms. Claire Ramson
Ms. Claire Ramson Associate Scientific Officer World Meteorological Organization Remote Panellist

Claire Ransom is associate scientific officer in the Climate Monitoring and Policy division of the World Meteorological Organization, working to improve science communication and facilitate understanding of the interconnections between climate change and sustainable development. In addition to her work on the production and dissemination of the annual global and regional State of the Climate reports, she supports broader youth engagement across the organization.
Ms. Ransom holds her master’s degree in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.


Ms. Angela Busheska
Ms. Angela Busheska Climate-tech innovator, AI researcher, and founder UN's Youth Advisory Group Members on Climate Change

Angela Busheska is a climate-tech innovator, AI researcher, and founder. She is one of the 14 UN's Youth Advisory Group Members on Climate Change.

At Microsoft Research, Angela invented TerraTrace, a patent-pending system that helps small farmers and governments comply with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) by analyzing satellite-based vegetation signals.

Currently, Angela works on making AI agents better at scientific tasks, evaluating and improving Gemini's reasoning across complex, real-world benchmarks. 

Alongside her work at Google, Angela is building Continuum, a longevity health intelligence platform that creates a "living digital twin", modeling a user's current health state and projecting biomarker trajectories forward in time to enable proactive, personalized longevity care. Previously she has contributed to projects at Google DeepMind, Bloomberg, and early stage start-ups.

Beyond her research, Angela founded EnRoute, a youth-led nonprofit supported by Taco Bell and Shawn Mendes Foundation, which exposes the environmental and human costs of fast fashion. Through EnRoute, Angela reached over 100,000 people, with volunteers in over 50 countries. As a result, she has been recognized as a We Are Family Foundation Global Teen Leader, Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe honoree, Green Carpet Fashion Awards Youth Leader, and Glamour Magazine College Woman of the Year.

She serves on the Board of Advisors of Take Action Global, helping scale climate curriculum to over 65,000 students worldwide. She worked with UNICEF to bring climate education to North Macedonia.


Mr. Clinton Odour
Mr. Clinton Odour Machine Learning Engineer and Co-Founder ITU Secretary-General's Youth Advisory board

Clinton is a Machine Learning Engineer at Amini, a Nairobi based startup building Africa's environmental data infrastructure.  His work harnesses the power of AI and earth observation to find solutions to some of the most pressing and urgent environmental challenges of our time, such as climate change and food security. Prior to Amini, he worked at Edge Impulse as a Developer Relations Engineer, and co-founded Rhinos Lab, a wildlife conservation startup building AI powered camera traps to prevent poaching and human wildlife conflicts. In his free time, he leads the TinyML Kenya community, bringing together over 1000+ developers, researchers, and engineers with a shared interest in machine learning at the edge.
