The World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization (WeGO) is an international association of local governments, smart technology providers, and institutions dedicated to transforming cities into smart, sustainable urban environments through facilitating public-private partnerships. WeGO serves as a global platform for improving the quality of life and regional competitiveness through innovation and collaboration.

One of WeGO’s main programs is the Seoul Smart City Prize, launched in 2023 with its President City, Seoul, which globally recognizes outstanding achievements in human-centric smart city development, with a special focus on inclusivity for underprivileged groups. Additionally, the annual Seoul Smart Life Week, held together with the Seoul Smart City Prize Ceremony, serves as a platform for global cities to exchange innovative practices and foster sustainable urban growth.
