As Chief Enforcement Officer, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Eneng’s role is to provide strategic leadership on all matters relating to the enforcement of all laws within the Commission’s jurisdiction. 
She served MCMC for 25 years, 15 years of which at Senior Management level; headed divisions responsible for industry monitoring and regulation, consumer protection, strategic communications as well as advocacy and outreach. 
Eneng holds an LLB Hons Business Law and LLM Master of Laws.

Mothibi Ramusi is the Chairperson of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa. A qualified electronic systems engineer, and an information technology certified professional. Mothibi has over three decades of working experience in the ICT sector, ranging from telecommunications, satellite, lotteries and broadcasting. Mothibi has an extensive leadership portfolio, which extends to Executive positions in both public and private sectors. 
He has played a critical role in spearheading the role of ICT and satellite in community upliftment and development, especially in underserved and rural areas. Mothibi was part of the group of experts that developed the Telecommunications, broadcasting and satellite policy and regulatory framework in South Africa post 1994. 
Mothibi holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BEng) in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Essex, B-Tech Higher National Diploma in Electronic Systems Engineering from Anglia Higher Education Institute, now Ruskin University, Transnet Executive Development Programme from GIBS and International Executive Development Programme from Witwatersrand University.

Mr. Mohamed El Hadi Hannachi has served as President of the Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria since February 2023.

He has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, acquired through senior roles within both fixed and mobile network operators. He holds recognized expertise in financial management, auditing, and institutional governance.

Prior to his appointment as President of ARPCE, Mr. Hannachi chaired the Amicable Dispute Resolution Commission of Algérie Télécom from 2020. He was also a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of ATM/MOBILIS until February 2015, and served as Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Algérie Télécom in 2017.

Since September 2021, he has been a member of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE) and the Commission on Skills, Human Capital, and Digital Transformation (CCHTN), contributing to national policy development in the digital sector.

Mr. Hannachi is recognized for his leadership and commitment to the modernization of Algeria’s electronic communications sector.

Philip Marnick is the General Director of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA). He was appointed early January 2022 by the Members of the Board, to assume the position, paving the way for a more effective regulatory framework by continuing the evolution of the telecom sector liberalization.
Mr. Marnick leads the TRA, including the development of consumer protection initiatives and resolving disputes. The TRA develops regulatory rules that promote competition, innovation, and investment in broadband services and facilities, as well as developing a more comprehensive and competitive framework that aligns with international best practices. Ensuring that Bahrain remains a center of innovation and that its telecommunications sector serves everyone while supporting Bahrain’s strategic objectives.

Mr. Marnick has worked in the telecommunications sector for over 30 years. He has served as a senior executive in technology, operations, and strategy. Mr. Marnick has worked in both start-ups (from inception to sale) and major corporations, in firms such as UK Broadband, O2, Orange, BT, J-Phone in Japan (now Softbank Mobile), Extreme Mobile, and SpinVox (now Nuance).
From analogue to 5G, he has engaged across every mobile generation. Throughout his carrier he has been at the forefront of industry developments – in both fixed and mobile. He has collaborated on the first deployments of mobile networks utilizing new technologies and standards, this has also included innovative products such as the first camera phone and photo messaging service, as well as mobile internet and hosted voice services.

Chenda Thong brings over two decades of public sector experience to his role as Chairman of the Telecommunications Regulator of Cambodia (TRC), a position he has held since November 2020. Before joining the TRC, he served in several high- profile roles, including Secretary of State for the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Advisor to the Office of the Council of Ministers, Legal Advisor to the Chairman of the Third Committee of the National Assembly, and Vice President of the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions. At the latter, he contributed to establishing one of Cambodia’s first fair and transparent national judicial entrance examinations.

A renowned leader, Chairman Thong fosters a workplace culture of solidarity and harmony, grounded in integrity. Drawing on his extensive background, he aims to elevate the TRC into a world-class regulator, tackling complex national challenges with practical solutions while ensuring good governance and transparency in management and operations.

Dr. Guido Gómez Mazara is a lawyer, politician, and university professor with a solid academic background and extensive professional experience. 
While studying in New York City, Gómez Mazara was the director of the newspaper Listín USA and worked at the Telemundo television network. Upon his return to the Dominican Republic in 1994, he actively engaged in politics, holding various roles within his political organization, including Legal Advisor to the Executive Branch during the 2000-2004 administration. 
Throughout his professional and political career, Gómez Mazara has demonstrated a firm commitment to state modernization, institutional advancement, the fight against corruption, and the promotion of democratic values in the country. In addition to his political career, Gómez Mazara has been a renowned producer and host of television and radio programs. 
As President of the Board of Directors of the INDOTEL, he leads significant reforms in this sector, with an emphasis on promoting the National Broadband Plan and implementing the 5G network in the Dominican Republic. 
Under his leadership, INDOTEL has been steadily promoting the reduction of the digital divide, facilitating access to technologies and providing the necessary training to turn them into tools for development, with the aim of promoting collective progress and equity throughout the country. During his administration, the connectivity infrastructure in the Dominican Republic has significantly increased, reaching 100% of the municipalities in the country with last-mile fiber optic coverage. The focus is on developing digital skills among the population and addressing affordability issues to increase meaningful connectivity levels and close the digital divide in the country. 

Eng. Mohamed Shamroukh serves as the Executive President of the National Telecom Regulatory
Authority (NTRA) of Egypt since 15 April 2024.
He was the Senior Vice President of Telecom Egypt for financial affairs since 2017. His experience in the executive management of Telecom Egypt comes up to more than 20 years, namely in technical, operational, strategic and financial areas within the organization.
During his time in Telecom Egypt, Eng. Shamroukh’s set out and developed the financial strategy of the company to adapt with the organization’s fully-fledged transformation. He played a major role in devisingthe first long-term strategy for  Telecom Egypt as well as an action plan for the organization including the license to provide mobile services.
Furthermore, Eng. Shamroukh helped maximize the utilization of the organization’s investing assets, securing future revenues as well as restructuring and reinforcing financial operations to become more flexible and cope with the ongoing developments. His efforts also contributed to enhance the organization’s capital to achieve agility and encounter challenges at the financial level. He also established procedures to support and save operational costs, and consequently launch cost-rationalization initiatives.
Eng. Shamroukh also represented Telecom Egypt in the board of companies such as “Vodafone Egypt”,
“WE Data” and “Xceed.”
He holds an MBA Degree from IESE and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and Electrical Telecommunications from Cairo University.

An engineer of the “Corps des Mines,” a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the Institut d’études politiques de Paris, Xavier Merlin had been the head of the Inter-ministerial task force on simplifying businesses’ administrative procedures and legal publicity since 2019.

Xavier Merlin began his career in 1996 at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry’s Department of Forecasting, where he was in charge of economic studies on the internet, audiovisual media, telecommunications and competition. In 1998, he joined that ministry’s Department of External Economic Relations, and tasked with multilateral e-commerce, audiovisual media, telecommunications and postal negotiations. Appointed technical advisor to Catherine Tasca, then France’s Minister of Culture and Communication, in 2000, he became Director of European and International Affairs at the French National Centre of Cinema (CNC) in 2002. In 2008, the joined the Directorate-General for Enterprise (DGE) as the Assistant Director of Institutional relations, in the areas of information technologies and the information society. Assistant Director of Regulation and European and multilateral affairs for the DGE starting in 2009, he was appointed head of the Territorial, European and International Action Department in 2014.

Monsieur Célestin KADJIDJA est un ingénieur en Informatique, avec 30 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des réseaux et management des systèmes d’information, ce dans les secteurs bancaire, transport aérien et la sécurité sociale. 
Initialement, il a été formé à l’Ecole d’Ingénieur de Constance en Allemagne après ses études secondaires au Lycée National Léon MBA de Libreville au Gabon.
Il commence sa carrière professionnelle au début des années 1990 dans le secteur bancaire. Par la suite, il intègre le domaine du transport aérien, puis le secteur de la Santé en pilotant des projets informatique et télécom dans le domaine de la Sécurité sociale.

En août 2023, il est nommé Président du Conseil de régulation de l’ARCEP Gabon par le Général de Brigade, Brice Clotaire OLIGUI NGUEMA, Président de la Transition, Chef de l’Etat, Président de la République gabonaise.

Professor Konstantinos Masselos has been appointed as the President of the Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission (EETT) in February 2018 and his mandate has been renewed in February 2022.

He was the Chair of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) for 2023 and Vice Chair for 2022 (Incoming Chair), 2024 (Outgoing Chair) and for 2019.

He is Professor in Computing Systems Design in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Peloponnese and he served as Rector of the above University during the period 2012-2017.

From 2005 to 2008 he was a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London. Also, during the period 2010-2016 he was an Honorary Lecturer in the same Department.

From 2001-2004 he worked in the telecommunications industry.

Since 2005 he has been collaborating as an expert with various units of the European Commission. Also, he was member of the Scientific Committee of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) from 2015 to 2017.

In December 2023, Gati Shakti Vishvavidyalaya, Vadodara, a Central University appointed him as a Distinguished Visiting His expertise includes railway operations, track maintenance, project execution and station redevelopment. During his illustrious career, Shri Lahoti initiated several reforms in execution of infrastructure projects and took several initiatives to modernize and mechanize track maintenance on Indian Railways. During his stints as CRB & CEO, GM and DRM, he brought about significant improvement in freight transport performance and took several customer friendly initiatives to improve the quality of service and ease the customer interface. He has also extensively contributed to planning and structuring of station redevelopment projects in various positions served by him.

Shri Lahoti has travelled to various countries in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia in connection with official assignments. He has undertaken executive training programmes at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, SDA Bocconi Business School, Milan, Italy and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Bassam Fadel Al-Sarhan, a Jordanian telecommunications engineer, has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and CEO since November 2021 by decision of the Council of Ministers of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
He previously served as Head of the Projects and Technical Division for His Majesty’s Communications at the Royal Court from 1987 to 1997, and as General Manager at an international communications company.
He served as a member of the Jordanian delegation to manage communications services during the Jordanian delegation’s negotiations in the Middle East peace process negotiations, in addition to many prominent memberships on the boards of directors of international telecommunications and business development companies until his appointment as CEO of the Communications Authority.
He led several pioneering achievements in the communications and information technology sectors and the postal sector during his presidency of the Commission’s Board of Commissioners, the most notable of which was the introduction of 5G technology services, which was accompanied by the introduction of Internet of Things devices into the Jordanian market.
These services seek to create an appropriate infrastructure that enables companies operating in the field of communications, information technology, and postal services in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to conduct their business in a regulatory environment capable of providing advanced automated services that efficiently and effectively support development endeavors, encourage competitiveness, entrepreneurship, and encourage investment.

She has 20-year experience in competition policy, regulation and strategy including leading positions at the Lithuanian Competition Council.  She also served as Chief Legal Adviser to the President of Lithuania holding position of the Head of Legal Affairs Group at the Office of the President of the Republic of Lithuania. Ms J. Šovienė has more than 10-year experience as the Senior Expert/Project Manager in a number of EU projects in the field of competition law.  
Ms. J. Šovienė has experience in Academia too as the former Member of Economics Study Program Committee at Kaunas University of Technology, research fellow and the lecturer of administrative law. In 2016, Ms J. Šovienė was awarded a prize by Lithuanian Academy of Sciences for a co-authored monography “The Impact of Cartels on National Economy and Competitiveness”. She was also recognized as one of the 40 Notable Women Competition Professionals in Enforcement in Europe, the Americas, Africa (by W@Competition, 2019) and was awarded the State Award the Medal of the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas for the significant contribution to the protection of fair competition by the President of Lithuania (2018). After taking position of the Chair of the Council of Lithuanian regulator, Ms. J. Šovienė participated as the speaker at many national and international conferences, joined the BEREC Board of Regulators. 
Ms. J. Šovienė has Master’s degrees in Business Management and Law. 

Currently serving as the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Dr. Maida plays a pivotal role in shaping Nigeria's telecommunications landscape. Under his leadership, the NCC continues to advance connectivity, foster innovation, and promote a competitive and inclusive telecommunications industry.  
 
Dr. Maida’s career includes significant contributions to leading global organizations such as British Telecom, Cisco Systems, and EE Ltd. He was also a pioneering engineering team member at UbiquiSys Ltd, a groundbreaking small-cell technology startup acquired by Cisco Systems in 2013.  
 
Prior to his current role, Dr. Maida was the Executive Director of Technology and Operations at the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems PLC (NIBSS). There, he spearheaded the modernization of Nigeria’s central digital payments infrastructure, reinforcing its role as a critical enabler of the country’s financial ecosystem.  
In November 2024, as CEO NCC, Dr. Maida joined the International Institute of Communications (IIC) as a Board Director.  
 

On 18 September 2020, appointed by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland as President of the Office of Electronic Communications. For many years, he combined didactic work with managerial positions at the IT Department of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the Wrocław Centre for Networking and Supercomputing. 
His professional interests focus on technical, business and legal aspects of telecommunications services and ICT networks, Internet development, convergence of telecommunications, IT and media, as well as on information society problems. 
In 1998-2002 he worked at Telefonia Lokalna S.A. in Wrocław, e.g. as Director of the Data Transmission Network Department. In 2004-2005, he was a member of the management board of TK 3 sp. z o. o., in 2005-2008 a member of the management board and Director of the Technology Department at Tele Video Media sp. z o. o. (later transformed into Avista Media sp. z o. o.), in 2008 -2009 Director of the Department of Technology at Telefonia DIALOG SA. 
Associate professor at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. From 2009 Director of the IT Department of the University, from 2010 Director of the Wrocław Center for Networking and Supercomputing, from 2018 Director of the IT Department, Deputy Chancellor for IT of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. 
In his career, he led, among others, the projects on "Cybersecurity for the economy of the future", "Specialized Polish Scientific Infrastructure for Research Laboratories (SPIN-LAB)" and "Cloud Computing - new technologies in the didactic offer of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology". 

Sandra Maximiano, Chairman of ANACOM's Board of Directors since 15 December 2023, holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam. She is Associate Professor of Economics at ISEG - School of Economics & Management, University of Lisbon, where she is co-coordinator of XLAB - Behavioral Research Lab and of the Master's Degree in Economics program. She is also a Visiting Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. She was previously an Assistant Professor at Purdue University and a Research Fellow at the University of Chicago in the United States. She has also taught at the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and the Nova School of Business and Economics.

Her academic research spans several areas: experimental and behavioral economics, organizational and labor economics, public policy, and information management. Her research explores issues related to social and moral preferences in individual decision making and in strategic and competitive environments, gender differences in economic decisions and the dynamics of information in competitive and co-operative situations. Maximiano primarily uses Laboratory and field experiments to study human economic behavior and to collet data. Her work has been publish in journals such as Review of Economic Studies, Economic Journal, Experimental Economics and Games and Economic Behavior. He is currently Associate Editor of the Portuguese Economic Journal.

Maximiano is a member of the Supervisory Board, a member of the Advisory Board and a member of SEDES observatories and working groups. Between 2020 and 2024, she was Vice-President of the Data Science Portuguese Association and a member of the ASF Forum for Market Conduct. From 2006 to 2023, she was the author of opinion columns in the Portuguese press, most notably the column 'A Economia somos nós' (The Economy is Us) in the Expresso newspaper

Mrs. Lematua Gisa Tagaloa-a-Taoa Fuatai Purcell is the Regulator and CEO of the of Samoa’s Office of the Regulator. Lematua worked in top management posts internationally before she worked as Regulator of Samoa. These management roles include Director, ICT Development Commonwealth Telecommunication Organization (CTO), London United Kingdom (2018) She was appointed Acting Secretary General for the CTO (2018 to 2020). Before that, Gisa was the ITU’s Project Manager and Pacific Advisor for the 14 Pacific Island countries plus Timor Leste (2009-2010). 
Gisa was the first woman and Pacific person to have been appointed by ITU as Head of Division at its’ Headquarters, Geneva Switzerland (2010-2016). At this role, she was heading the Division for ICT development, emergency telecommunication, Climate Adaptation, including early warning systems and Energy for least developed countries, small island developing states and landlocked countries. Mrs Purcell holds a Masters of Commerce and Administration, Victoria University of Wellington New Zealand (2003) complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems.

M. Dahirou THIAM occupe, depuis le 31 Mai 2024, le poste de Directeur général de l’Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications et des Postes du Sénégal (ARTP). En effet, cet ingénieur des télécommunications et homme du sérail, a débuté sa carrière il y’a 19 ans à SONATEL, opérateur historique des Télécommunications au Sénégal. 
 
En tant qu'Ingénieur, Dahirou THIAM a assuré la gestion de la disponibilité et de la qualité du réseau d'accès Radio (RAN) avant de diriger le Service gestion des contrats dans des domaines clés comme le cœur de réseau, la radio, le transport et les plateformes de services.

Il convient de rappeler également que M.THIAM après avoir décroché son Baccalauréat dans le prestigieux Lycée Saydou Nourou TALL de Dakar, est allé poursuivre ses études à l’école Multinationale des Télécommunications (ESMT) sanctionné par un diplôme de technicien supérieur téléinformatique computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Par la suite, il a décoché son diplôme d'ingénieur technologue  en informatique à l'École Supérieure Polytechnique (ESP) de l’université Cheikh Anta DIOP de Dakar. 
 Il a poursuivi sa  formation en obtenant différentes certifications notamment en Project Management Professional (PMP) délivrée par le Project Management Institute (PMI), basé en Pennsylvanie et une Certification dans le management des services IT à ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management. Ces certifications renforcent ses compétences en management et gestion de projets.

Mr Lew Chuen Hong was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) in June 2020.
IMDA oversees the Digital Tech and Media domains for Singapore and is unique in having four key roles. As an economic developer creating jobs, investing in innovation and R&D, driving enterprise digital transformation, and growing start-ups. As a progressive regulator, ensuring resilient digital infrastructure, as well as building a trusted data and AI ecosystem (concurrently as the Personal Data Protection Commission). As a social leveller championing digital inclusion and ensuring no one is left behind.
As a digital diplomat, shaping global tech rules and norms. IMDA is therefore interdisciplinary by design and pushes boundaries by pulling levers across these four roles, as “Architects of Singapore’s Digital Future”.
In 2008, Mr Lew was seconded to the Ministry of Trade & Industry where he championed pro-enterprise policies to help local companies scale. He also drove the strategic review of the Research, Innovation, and Enterprise 2015 plan, which set out Singapore’s strategy and investments in growing our knowledge-driven economy.
Mr Lew serves on the Board of Singapore’s Office for Space Technology and Industry (OSTIn). He is Board Chairman of Pick Network and Board Director of SGTraDex. He Co-Chairs the Digital Trust Centre (Singapore’s AI Safety Institute), and is Commissioner on the International Telecommunication Union Broadband Commission, and member of the International Advisory Body on Submarine Cable Resilience. Mr Lew had previously served on the Boards of the Singapore Listed ST Engineering, Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. He was Chairman of the School of Applied Science Advisory Committee Board, Republic Polytechnic.

Mr. Mustafa SHEIKDirector GeneralNational Communications Authority of Somalia, Somalia Mustafa Y. SHEIK is the Director General of the National Communications Authority of Somalia (NCA) since 19th November 2022. Prior to this nomination, he worked as the Deputy Director General of the National Communications Authority of Somalia (NCA) and Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mustafa served as the Executive Director of the Somalia Network Information Centre (SONIC) - the registry operator of Somalia .SO ccTLD - between 2018 – 2021. Mustafa worked also as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of communications and Technology between 2017-2018. With over 15 years of experience in both private and public service management and leadership, Mustafa specialized in Internet governance, regulatory and policy analysis, Public-Private Partnership, and competition economics. During his years of work, he participated in several specialized, workshops, meetings, forums, and associations worldwide.

Mr. Kamel SAADAOUI is the President of the Telecom Regulator of Tunisia (INTT) since January 2025. 
He had several leading positions such as the Chief of Cabinet of the ICT Minister, Director General of the National Center of Informatics and CEO of the Tunisian Internet Agency. 
Mr. Saadaoui holds a Master’s degree in computer science from Michigan State University, 1990. 

Mr. Ömer Abdullah Karagözoglu has been the Chairman of the Board and President of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) of the Republic of Türkiye since August 2018. He was re-appointed for a second term in August 2022 after completing his first 4-year term in this position.

He was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1975. He is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University.

Mr. Karagözoglu worked as a software engineer at Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (ISKI) of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) from 2002 to 2004. Between 2004 and 2016, he held various managerial positions at BELBIM, a technology company of IMM.

He served as the Adviser to the Chairman and Board Member of BTK before his appointment.

Hon. George William Nyombi Thembo is the Executive Director of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), bringing over 30 years of experience in public administration, ICT policy, and infrastructure development. His leadership focuses on advancing inclusive digital transformation and building robust regulatory frameworks to support innovation and access.

A former State Minister for ICT and Member of Parliament, Hon. Nyombi has played a central role in Uganda's digital development agenda.

Before leading UCC, he spearheaded the Uganda Communications Universal Service and Access Fund (UCUSAF), working to extend digital access to marginalized and underserved communities. He also served as Acting Director for Industry Affairs and Content Development at UCC, overseeing critical stakeholder engagement and sector development.

Internationally, he is recognized as the Chair of the ITU Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR) for 2024-2025, reflecting his commitment to global best practices in communications regulation and policy innovation.

Hon. Nyombi holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and professional certifications in telecommunications regulation, ICT policy, and public-private partnerships.

In addition to his regulatory work, he is a cultural leader and artist, playwright and founding member of Ndere Troupe, promoting African arts and cultural expression.

Daniel Mordecki is an IT expert and Executive Director of the Uruguayan e-government, information society, and knowledge agency, AGESIC. In his role, he leads the digital transformation in Uruguay, which involves coordinating the public and private sectors, academia, and civil society to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization.
He has over 30 years of experience in the private sector of the IT industry, standing out as an expert in User Experience Design, which brings a strongly people-centered approach to the analysis of reality and the development of public policies
implemented by AGESIC.
He also serves on the Board of the UAIP (Public Information Access Unit), the URCDP (Personal Data Control and Protection Regulatory Unit), and the UCE (Electronic Certification Unit), and works jointly with the recently created
Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation in the Presidency of the Republic.
He is the author of several books and a college professor.

 Dr Gift Kallisto Machengete is the Director General of the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ),having been appointed to the position in December 2016. He is a member of the ITU Digital Innovation Board, and currently serves on the Boards of several institutions in Zimbabwe. 
 He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from Southern Cross University, Australia, and a Doctorate in Business Administration also from Southern Cross University, for which he graduated with a distinction, and was awarded the University Plaque for outstanding achievement.  
He has over forty-four (44) years of working experience, having worked as an Economic Counsellor at the Zimbabwe Embassy in China, Zimbabwe’s Deputy Ambassador to Malaysia and Director of  Administration in the Office of the President and Cabinet, before joining the POTRAZ in 2016. 
 He is a former part-time lecturer for the Master of Business Leadership and  Master of  Security and Intelligence Degree programmes at Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE). This included working as a Research thesis Moderator. He currently serves on the Boards of several institutions in Zimbabwe.
