During this panel, which will take place on 22 March 2018 from 9:00 am to 10:45 in ITU Room M, we will try to move forward in building a pan-African vision of the digital economy by answering the following questions: Has Africa really taken stock of the challenges of digital transformation? Where is Africa in its preparation? What precautions, means and partnerships to implement so that Africa benefits more from the digital transformation?
