Sharing Collaborative Regulatory Approaches for Digital Transformation

Given the crucial role of ICTs/telecommunications in helping to achieve digital transformation across the sectors and for the benefit of all means that the role of telecommunication/ICTs regulators and policy makers in continuing to promote widespread, affordable access to telecommunications/ICTs has become even more important.  ICTs/telecommunications are key to the advancement of the digital economy because people need access, need the digital skills to benefit from these tools, and need a trusted, safe, secure ICT/telecommunication environment to achieve progress across the sectors - going from education to finance to health and agriculture.  International, regional and national cooperation and collaboration is key, and sharing best practices, approaches, regulatory texts, and applications for the digital economy cannot be underestimated.  What more can we do together?
