Dear All,
On behalf of Shazna Zuhyle, rapporteur of the ICT Prices subgroup, I am delighted to bring the proposed recommendations for the kind attention of EGTI Members.
The questions addressed by the subgroup report include:
1. A Bundled service approach vs Basket approach
2. Precedence of cost effectiveness over contract modality (prepaid, postpaid)
3. The minimum data allowance for mobile broadband
4. The relevance of SMS in the mobile high and low consumption baskets
5. The relevance of the mobile cellular basket (Voice and SMS only)
5.1. The distribution of minutes of voice in the mobile cellular basket
Your comments and feedback are most welcome, so that they can be incorporated in the report to be shared ahead of the September meeting.
