Policy Frameworks. - 100% - e-Agriculture Strategies developed for East and West Sepik provinces and have been endorsed by the respective provincial administrations. - Developed Mobile Quality of Service (QoS) Framework regulations and officially accepted and approved by NICTA - Four round tables organized in POM, Wewk and Vanimo on Network Coverage Expansion and Financial Inclusion with UNCDF & FAO Digital Agricultural Services - Management Information Systems (in collaboration with FAO): 80% - AMIS - Prototype developed and handed over to NDAL - Cocoa Board - MIS Prototype developed & handed over - WSPMIS - Supported FAO in development of West Sepik MIS.
