                      • Design of Gender Equality Datasets & Exploration of Gender-Inclusive LLMs: Develop
comprehensive datasets that ensure gender-equitable AI training, reducing bias in
AI systems by applying GEDSI lenses and disaggregating data by gender, SOGIESC,
disability, and socioeconomic status. Explore the development of gender-inclusive Large
Language Models (LLMs) to create fairer and more representative AI applications.
                      • New Variations & Extensions: Extend AI skilling to include AI for social impact, AI ethics,
and AI entrepreneurship programs, fostering women-led AI startups.
                      • Standards Development: Collaborate with ITU to develop AI governance standards that
prioritize gender inclusivity, ethical AI, and workforce equity.
                      • Reference Tools & Simulations: Develop interactive AI-powered simulations for AI ethics
training, ensuring inclusive AI development practices are embedded in industry norms.

By scaling this initiative, we ensure that AI’s economic opportunities are equitably distributed,
particularly benefiting women and marginalized groups in emerging markets.
