Abstract :

One of the major elements that enable the work of both the Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) and the ITU as a whole is the quality of interpretation during key regular events (meetings) such as Study Groups and Advisory Groups in the Sectors, or meetings of the ITU Council and its Working Groups.
