Following the approval of the revised Recommendation ITU-T Q.850 in 2018, it was realized that the amendment 1 and addendum 1 issued in 2001 and 2000 respectively, were not incorporated in the final text of the Recommendation ITU-T Q.850.
It was agreed to issue an amendment to ITU-T Q.850, which incorporates all points highlighted in these documents.
