Summary: This draft Recommendation focuses on smart photovoltaic control methods for base station sites, mainly including single module control technology, photovoltaic fault diagnosis methods, voltage tracking technology, etc., to solve the common problems such as the impact of shadow shading on power generation, high maintenance costs and reliable power supply of photovoltaic base station. The recommendation also proposes evaluation methods and typical cases for energy conservation and carbon reduction of smart photovoltaic base stations.
