Summary:

FMSC is the capability that provides services and applications to end users regardless of the fixed, mobile, or satellite access technologies being used. FMSC network aims to ensure that even the most isolated communities have access to reliable communication services. Mobile relays are very suitable for improving connectivity for users or devices in FMSC network, for the reason that mobile relays enable various types of user equipment to access the FMSC network.
This Recommendation specifies the mobile relay requirements, framework, procedures, and security considerations for FMSC in IMT-2020 networks and beyond.
