In order to solve the cross-domain identity recognition issues and accelerate the integration of business networks and infrastructure networks, this Recommendation provides framework and requirements for cross-domain communication network identity interoperability platform based on distributed ledger technology, which specifies the overview of cross-domain identity interoperability, defines the relevant role views and activities in the process, and establishes the functional requirements of cross-domain identity interoperability platform based on distributed ledger.
