This draft Recommendation defines the framework of multimedia data asset development and operation capabilities, including data asset development, data asset delivery, data asset operation, data asset platform and tools, rules and regulations, security & risk management.
This draft Recommendation divides the development and operation capabilities of unstructured data assets in enterprises into three stages: asset development, asset delivery, and asset operation. It defines the key stages and essential requirements involved in the development and operation of data assets from the perspectives of processes, personnel, tools, and other dimensions. The aim of this draft Recommendation is to provide guidance for enterprises in constructing their capabilities for the development and operation of unstructured data assets and to enhance the development and operation level of unstructured data assets in the multimedia industry.
