1. Clear description of the referenced document:
Name: ETSI TR 102 506 V1.4.1 (2011-08)
Title: Speech and Multimedia Transmission Quality (STQ); Estimating Speech Quality per Call
2. Status of approval:
approved; in force
3. Justification for the specific reference:
The use case described in this ETSI TR represents an use case for which P.VSQMTF can be applied.
4. Current information, if any, about IPR issues:
5. Other useful information describing the "Quality" of the document:
This ETSI document contains a strong technical description, analysis and proving performance results on the formula to be applied for calculating speech quality per call from individual speech quality scores per speech sample (e.g. 6-8sec long). This technical report is extensively and highly recommended to be used in network testing tools (e.g. drive testing tools) for speech quality estimation per call.
6. The degree of stability or maturity of the document:
stable, in force
7. Relationship with other existing or emerging documents:
8. Any explicit references within that referenced document should also be listed:
