ITU-T H.241 (09/2005)

用于H.300系列终端的扩展视频规程与控制信号

本建议书规定了高级视频编解码器（包括ITU-T H.264建议书）在H.310、H.320、H.321、H.322、H.323及H.324终端中的使用。还为与在H.300系列终端中的所有视频编解码器一起使用定义了一般扩展信令。
本修订版（2005年）结合了ITU-T H.241建议书（2003年）的内容、勘误1（2004年3月）和修正案1（2005年1月），并根据RFC 3984在ITU-T H.264建议书中增加了新的MaxStaticMBPS参数以及对H.264分组的支持。
