                                | ITU-T L.392建议书介绍的方法旨在提高网络在灾害方面的可恢复性,以帮助在灾后协助恢复网络,具体是实际调动所需单元和设施(可将信息通信技术(ICT)资源整体搬迁并瞬间进行部署)。可搬迁和部署的ICT资源单元(MDRU)是一系列被打包成可识别物理单元的ICT资源,这些资源可利用多种交通工具搬运,而且是受损网络设施的替代(取代)资源,同时重新产生并拓展受损设施的功能性。MDRU还带来更多的ICT资源,以满足灾区预期出现的爆发式通信需求。
