ITU-T E.108建议书阐述了对救灾移动信息服务的要求。灾后，由于许多用户均希望与灾区的朋友或亲属联系以确定其是否安全，因此通信设施经常会出现过载，进而使通信偿试往往失败。灾害信息服务旨在为交流安全状况信息提供一种替代方法。现介绍两种方法：一种是基于文字的信息系统，另一种是基于话音的信息系统。 |
