不同于ITU T Y.2066建议书中对物联网的普通需求，ITU-T Y.2074建议书提出了物联网设备应用在灾害条件下操作的需求。它也提出了物联网应用在灾害发生时的操作需求。
为了在灾害发生时使用物联网设备和物联网应用进行疏散和营救，必须制定这些需求。
附录I介绍了灾害条件下保证物联网设备产生的数据完整和可靠性的相关方法。
该建议书与物联网应用开发者和物联网服务提供者以及应急服务提供者相关。 |
