| Принципы регулирования тарифов на услуги передачи данных |

Рекомендация МСЭ-T D.265 охватывает принципы регулирования тарифов на услуги передачи данных. Государствам-Членам и национальным регуляторным органам (НРО) следует рассмотреть вопрос о применении этих принципов для обеспечения равного доступа к интернету и прозрачной практики ценообразования, которая выгодна потребителям и операторам услуг передачи данных. Эти руководящие указания служат отправной точкой для регуляторных органов в области электросвязи и информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ). При применении настоящей Рекомендации Государствам-Членам и НРО следует учитывать свои конкретные национальные или региональные условия.
