| Principes régissant la réglementation des tarifs des services de données |

La Recommandation UIT-T D.265 porte sur les principes régissant la réglementation des tarifs des services de données. Les États Membres et les autorités nationales de régulation (ANR) devraient envisager d'utiliser ces principes pour garantir un accès équitable à l'Internet et des pratiques de tarification transparentes, qui profitent ainsi tant aux consommateurs qu'aux opérateurs de services de données. Ces lignes directrices servent de point de départ pour les régulateurs des télécommunications et des technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC). Les États Membres et les ANR devraient tenir compte de leurs conditions nationales ou régionales spécifiques lorsqu'ils appliquent la présente Recommandation.
