La Recommandation UIT-T H.266.2 fournit le logiciel de référence pour la Recommandation UIT-T H.266 | norme ISO/CEI H.23090-3 "Codage vidéo polyvalent", et correspond à la deuxième version de la Recommandation UIT-T H.266. Le logiciel de référence comprend les fonctionnalités de codage et de décodage.
Ce logiciel de référence sert à aider les utilisateurs d'une norme de codage vidéo à établir et à vérifier la conformité et l'interopérabilité, et permet de former ces utilisateurs et de démontrer les capacités de la norme. Par conséquent, le logiciel associé fournit une aide pour l'étude et la mise en œuvre de la Recommandation UIT-T H.266 "Codage vidéo polyvalent".
Ce projet de nouvelle Recommandation a été élaboré en collaboration avec le sous-comité SC 29 (Codage du son, de l'image, de l'information multimédia et hypermédia) du comité mixte ISO/CEI JTC 1 (Technologies de l'information), et publié avec la norme ISO/CEI 23090-16 sous la forme de textes jumeaux alignés sur le plan technique. Le code source du logiciel de référence figure dans le dossier électronique joint à cette Recommandation. |
