L'objectif ultime de cette Recommandation est d'améliorer la durabilité dans les secteurs identifiés comme prioritaires dans les villes intelligentes, en vue d'optimiser les avantages socio-économiques et environnementaux. Les villes définiront leurs priorités en matière de transformation numérique. Par exemple, elles pourraient également encourager la collaboration pour obtenir les résultats escomptés. Ce type d'engagement sur la base du cadre d'évaluation peut inciter le secteur privé à s'engager et à investir. La Recommandation UIT-T Y.4906 contient ce qui suit: 1) Présentation du cadre d'évaluation et de ses composants 2) Identification des indicateurs – parmi les exemples de catégories d'indicateurs visant à aider à atteindre cet objectif concernant le cadre d'évaluation, on peut citer: – l'infrastructure numérique; – les initiatives liées à la transformation numérique dans les secteurs; – les efforts de collaboration en faveur de la transformation numérique; – les avantages socio-économiques et environnementaux liés à la transformation numérique dans les secteurs. 3) Evaluation et analyse des secteurs |
