الإجراءات الفيديوية وإشارات التحكم الموسعة في مطاريف السلسلة H.300

تُعرِّف هذه التوصية إجراءات استخدام المشفرات ومفككات التشفير (كودك) الفيديوية المتطورة بما فيها كودكات التوصية ITU-T H.264 الموجودة في المطاريف المذكورة في التوصيات الصادرة عن قطاع تقييس الاتصالات H.310 وH.320 وH.321 وH.322 وH.323 وH.324. كما تُعرِّف التشوير النوعي الموسع للاستخدام في جميع الكودكات الفيديوية في مطاريف السلسلة H.300.
وتضيف هذه النسخة المراجعة توضيحات تتعلق باستخدام معدل البتات للمعلمات VCL HRD H.264 (HRD من النمط I) نسبة إلى المعلمات NAL HRD (HRD من النمط II) ومقدرات أنساق الاعتيان H.264 والتشوير في عمليات فك التشفير مقصّة التعقيد (RCDO) في تدفق البتات H.264 وبالملحق الجديد B "عمليات RCDO في تدفق بتات للخصائص الأساسية H.264". وقد استُعيض عن الملحق A بإدراج إحالة إلى الوثائق RFC 3984 التي اعتمدت مؤخراً (دون تغيير حقيقي في مضمونها). ويحدد الملحق B الجديد عملية فك تشفير منقصة التعقيد من أجل تطبيقها على تدفق بتات الخصائص الأساسية H.264 بعد أن يتم التفاوض حسب التوصية ITU-T H.241 بشأن مثل هذا الاستخدام.
