تقارب الاتصالات الثابتة والمتنقلة والساتلية – التبديل المحلي للبيانات من أجل شبكات الاتصالات المتنقلة الدولية-2020 وما بعدها

تحدد التوصية ITU-T Y.3221 المتطلبات والمعمارية وتدفقات المعلومات والاعتبارات الأمنية للتبديل المحلي للبيانات من أجل تقارب الاتصالات الثابتة والمتنقلة والساتلية (FMSC)، في سياق شبكات الاتصالات المتنقلة الدولية-2020 وما بعدها. والتبديل المحلي للبيانات هو قدرة تمكِّن من تسيير ومعالجة حركة بيانات المستعمل محلياً للمستعملين الذين يقومون بالنفاذ إلى الشبكة. أما تقارب الاتصالات الثابتة والمتنقلة والساتلية (FMSC)، فهو القدرة التي توفر الخدمات والتطبيقات للمستعملين النهائيين بغض النظر عن تكنولوجيات النفاذ الثابت أو المتنقل أو الساتلي المستخدمة.
