تشرح التوصية ITU-T K.42 المبادئ الأساسية التي يستند إليها تقييس التوافق الكهرمغنطيسي (EMC) في قطاع تقييس الاتصالات مع مراعاة معايير التوافق الكهرمغنطيسي التي تنشرها اللجنة الكهرتقنية الدولية (IEC) واللجنة الدولية الخاصة المعنية بالتداخل الراديوي (CISPR). وتصف الإجراءات المتبعة في إعداد توصيات قطاع تقييس الاتصالات بشأن متطلبات التوافق الكهرمغنطيسي التي تنطبق على معدات الاتصالات/تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. أما التوصيات المتعلقة بمتطلبات المقاومة للمعدات وكذلك خصائص التوافق الكهرمغنطيسي لشبكات الاتصالات/تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وأساليب التخفيف والربط والتأريض وما إلى ذلك، فهي خارج نطاق هذه التوصية. |
