تقدم التوصية ITU-T H.266.2 برمجية مرجعية للتوصية ITU-T H.266 | المعيار الدولي ISO/IEC 23090-3 المعنونة "تشفير الفيديو متعدد الاستخدامات" تقابل الطبعة الثانية من التوصية H.266 لقطاع تقييس الاتصالات. وتتضمن البرمجية المرجعية الخواص الوظيفية لمشفر ومفكك تشفير. وتُعد البرمجيات المرجعية مفيدة في مساعدة مستعملي معيار تشفير الفيديو في تحقيق أو اختبار التطابق والتشغيل البيني، وتوعية المستعملين بقدرات المعيار وبيانها عملياً لهم. ولهذا الغرض، تعتبر البرمجيات المصاحبة بمثابة أداة مساعدة لدراسة وتنفيذ التوصية ITU-T H.266 المعنونة "تشفير الفيديو متعدد الاستخدامات". وقد وُضعت هذه التوصية بالتعاون مع اللجنة التقنية المشتركة الأولى التابعة للمنظمة الدولية للتوحيد القياسي/اللجنة الكهرتقنية الدولية (ISO/IEC JTC 1، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، اللجنة الفرعية 29، المعنية بتشفير المعلومات السمعية والصورية والوسائط المتعددة والوسائط الفائقة، وهي تطابق المعيار ISO/IEC 23090-16 كنص توأم تقنياً. وترد شفرة مصدر البرمجية المرجعية في المرفق الإلكتروني بهذه التوصية. |
