يحتاج الأمر إلى إجراء تقييم إحصائي مستقر وقائم بذاته عند وضع خوارزميات الجودة الموضوعية. وهذا الأمر مطلوب بغض النظر عما إذا كانت الخوارزمية ستستعمل لتقرير جودة الصوت أو الفيديو أو الإشارة السمعية أو الوسائط المتعددة المدركة بواسطة المشترك. وتعرض التوصية ITU-T P.1401 إطاراً من أجل تقييم إحصائي لخوارزميات الجودة الموضوعية أياً كان نوع الوسائط الخاضعة للتقييم. |
