إطار تقييم من أجل التحول الرقمي للقطاعات في المدن الذكية

الهدف النهائي لهذه التوصية هو تعزيز استدامة القطاعات ذات الأولوية المحددة في المدن الذكية من أجل استمثال المنافع الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية.
والمدن هي التي ستحدد أولوياتها فيما يتعلق بالتحول الرقمي. فمثلاً، قد ترغب المدن أيضاً في تشجيع التعاون من أجل تحقيق النتائج المتوخاة.
ويقوم هذا النوع من التشارك على إطار للتقييم يمكنه أن يحفز المشاركة والاستثمار من جانب الصناعة.
وتتضمن التوصية ITU-T Y.4906 ما يلي:
(1 طرح لإطار التقييم ومكوناته؛
(2 تحديد المؤشرات - وتشمل أمثلة فئات المؤشرات للمساعدة في تحقيق هذا الهدف بالنسبة إلى أطر التقييم ما يلي:
- البنى التحتية الرقمية؛
- مبادرات التحول الرقمي للقطاعات؛
- جهود التعاون بشأن التحول الرقمي؛
- المنافع الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية طبقاً للتحول الرقمي للقطاع.
