تعرف التوصية ITU-T H.273 نقاط ومجالات الشفرة المختلفة التي تحدد خصائص تمثيل فيديوي (أو صورة ثابتة) تكون مستقلة عن التشفير بالانضغاط ومعدل البتات. وقد تصف هذه الخصائص التفسير المناسب للبيانات المفككة الشفرة أو قد تصف، على نحو مماثل، خصائص الإشارة قبل انضغاط الإشارات بوسيلة تشفير مناسبة لانضغاط إشارة دخل من هذا القبيل. وقد وضع النص بمثابة نص توصية توأم يقابل نقاط الشفرة الفيديوية في المعيار ISO/IEC 23001-8:2016 وتعديله رقم 1 بالتعاون مع الفريق ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 29/WG 11 (MPEG). وسوف ينشر من جانب المنظمتين (ITU-T وISO/IEC) في شكل نص توأم منسق تقنياً. |
