| Fixed, mobile and satellite convergence – Requirements of supporting airborne broadband communications for IMT-2020 networks and beyond |
 |
Airborne broadband communications can provide data services for the transmission of cabin passenger data. Supporting airborne broadband communications for fixed, mobile and satellite convergence (FMSC) for IMT-2020 networks and beyond can guarantee the network connection of aircraft from take-off to landing. Recommendation ITU-T Y.3211 specifies the non-radio aspects' requirements of supporting airborne broadband communications for fixed, mobile and satellite convergence for IMT2020 networks and beyond.
