The 2026–2030 Generation Connect Youth Envoys (Third Cohort) brings together 184 inspiring young leaders from 61 countries. As a volunteer-driven global network, the Youth Envoys will strengthen meaningful youth participation in digital transformation by contributing to ICT initiatives at the national, regional, and global levels. Acting as catalysts in their communities, they will connect local perspectives with regional and global priorities and translate them into practical actions that advance meaningful connectivity and inclusive digital development. As changemakers, they will bring their individual perspectives and experiences to help shape a more sustainable, inclusive, and people-centred digital future for all.
