2022–2024 Generation Connect Youth Envoys (First Cohort) brought together 174 motivated young leaders from 90 countries, showcasing the diversity, creativity, and potential of youth worldwide. Through their participation in ITU activities and events, the Youth Envoys played an important advocacy role, amplifying youth voices, sharing their aspiration and raising global awareness of the importance of youth involvement in digital transformation processes. Their efforts helped promote youth empowerment and active participation in digital decision-making processes within their communities, regions and across international discussions on digital development.
