    The Director's official mission to Guatemala.

    The Director meets Juan Carlos Paiz, Presidential Commissioner for Competitiveness and Investment and Eddy Padilla Superintendent of Telecommunications during an official mission to Guatemala. The meeting touched upon Guatemala’s priorities and their coincidence with ITU-D priorities, namely developing a National Broadband Plan and a National Emergency Telecommunication Plan, and agreed on a way forward to accomplishing them.
