本建议书规定通过VDSL接入网络向家庭环境传送视频、数据和语音业务，即所谓全业务VDSL网络的系统体系结构（SA）和用户驻地设备（CPE）。本建议书规定了较高层面上的SA和CPE体系结构，与底层宽带物理层传输机制无关。本建议书中将VDSL作为物理层技术来引用；然而，这里包含的体系结构同样适用于采用其他宽带物理层技术的CPE和接入网络。本建议书定义了一个体系结构，能够实现以可靠方式提供捆绑式的三合一业务，最小的用户干预，符合主要的安全性要求和内容有条件接入，成本与大众市场部署相兼容。 |
