H.264 先进的视频编码的一致性规范 |

本建议书规定的测试旨在检验比特流和解码器是否符合ITU-T H.264建议书 | ISO/IEC 14496-10中规定的标准化要求:
• 如果一个编码器产生的比特流为一致性的比特流,则它可以声明符合 ITU-T H.264建议书 | ISO/IEC 14496-10。
• 如果解码器可以将遵守ITU-T H.264建议书 | ISO/IEC 14496-10中规定的限制的所有比特流正确解码,则它可以声明符合ITU-T H.264建议书规定的档次和级别。
本建议书中规定的方法为测试编码器和解码器是否满足这些要求提供(非详尽的)测试方法。
ISO/IEC的同文文本已经在JVT的上下文中联合开发并提交给ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 29/WG 11 (MPEG)作为 ISO/IEC 14496-4:2002/修正案 6(2005 E)和 ISO/IEC14496-4:2004/修正案 9。
ITU-T H.264.1建议书的本次版本已经加入了H.264.1的勘误1(09/2005),与ISO/IEC 中相对应的文本做到了更好的一致,修正了某些差错,并增加了以前版本中未实现的对某些特性的测试。
H.264.1 中确定的一致性比特流可以作为本建议书的电子附件。
