ITU-T J.1027建议书规定了用于单向网络的单向可下载有条件接入系统（DCAS）的系统结构。单向DCAS保护广播内容或服务，并像传统的有条件接入（CA）系统一样控制消费者的权利，且在无需改变硬件的情况下，使得诸如机顶盒（STB）之类的终端能够适应新的CA系统。特别是单向DCAS可以完全在单向有线电视（TV）网和卫星电视网络等其他单向网络中工作。 |
