ITU-T T.701.11建议书给出了如何创建文本替代物（也称为“替代文本”）以及在替代文本中输入哪些信息的指导。
本建议书适用于任何类型电子文档使用的一切静止图像，亦适用于幻灯片中的单个图像。本建议书提供的替代文本导则不适用于运动图像（如电影）。
本建议书与ISO/IEC 20071-11:2019“信息技术 – 用户界面组件可访问性 – 第11部分：图像文本替代导则”（由ISO/IEC JTC1 SC35 “用户界面”编写）是对应文本。 |
