ITU-T J.1027建议书规定了用于单向网络的单程可下载有条件接入系统（DCAS）的系统架构。单程DCAS保护广播内容/业务并控制消费者的权利，例如传统的有条件接入（CA）系统，并通过下载和安装新的CA系统客户端而不改变硬件来使机顶盒（STB）等终端适应新的CA系统。特别是单程DCAS可以完全在单向有线电视网络和其他单向网络（如卫星电视网络）中工作。 |
