为提高电网效率并减少电网浪费，支持有能力服务更多有效电力市场和电力业务的开放业务平台十分重要。因此，本建议书草案提出进行能源共用和交易平台的框架，以实现考虑到能源生产、存储和消费的综合控制和管理。建议书明确确定了该平台的主要特点和核心技术，并提出考虑到包含多种不同利益攸关方的能源价值链的具体要求。本建议书从架构上总体规定了相关接口和功能构成要素。最后，建议书给出了旨在支持能源共用和交易平台的综合控制和管理服务的能源信息交流机制。 |
