Continua设计导则(CDG)定义了底层标准框架和和标准,用于确保个人健康监测设备和数据之间的互操作性。此外,它亦包含其它针对互操作性的设计导则,通过减少底层标准或规范或是在这些标准和规范中加入缺失的特性,进一步对底层标准或规范做出澄清。ITU-T H.812.3为得到能力交换支撑的PHG和经健康和健身认证能力类别(CCC)定义了补充设计导则。上述能力交换的目的在于,减少为获得即插即用的互操作能力而必须事先配置的信息的数量。具体而言,能力交换可通过确定其Continua CDC,让个人健康网关(PHG)等应用托管设备了解可向健康和健身服务发送哪类消息。与此类似,能力交换为PHG提供了一种机制,用于向健康和健身服务设备通报其具备的能力。这使健康和健身服务能够定制与PHG之间的通信。能力交换对所有健康和健身服务设备均为强制性要求,但对PHG则为可选。假设PHG事先配置有一个URL或一组URL,由这些URL指出一个或多个健康和健身服务设备的服务端点。能力交换程序在PHG首次与健康和健身服务设备接触时启动。它亦可能会间歇性启动,用于更新自首次能力交换以来收到的信息。在大多数情况下,在健康和健身服务设备中使用的Continua CDC变化十分缓慢(如果会发生变化)。所以,预计PHG能够存储有关健康和健身服务能力的信息,或者亦可实施一种定期更新高速缓存的政策。PHG可以此种方式确定多个健康和健身服务设备,并可为不同的目标与一个或多个此类设备通信。健康和健身服务设备在名为“root file”的文件中描述了所支持CCC的信息。该根文件(root file)是一种特殊资源,它介绍了CCC的属性以及PHG如何才能启动与上述CCC之间的信息交换。根文件和其它交换特性源自名为hData的HL7标准。hDatas不仅定义了根文件的格式,亦定义了根文件交换的操作,这些操作通过GET和POST使用HTTP,通常被称为“REST”(指表述状态转移)。各Continua CCC(除能力交换外)将使用根文件记述与能力相关的信息,包括能力的名称,可在相关能力及相应格式下交换的信息、REST操作的URL(如果相关能力支持)。相应Continua CCC文件中给出了细节。 |
