电信网络能源效率测量和度量

ITU-T L.1330建议书介绍了一套评估电信（TLC）移动网络能效（EE）的度量指标以及相应的度量方法。鉴于单一设备的能效优化并不能确保由若干互连设备组成的复杂网络实现整体能效最大化，这些度量指标对于运营商而言极度重要。因此，借助本建议书所报告的度量指标，可以更加深刻地理解网络能效，且不仅仅是“整体”网络的能效，还有通过地理或人文边界界定的“局部”网络的能效。
未来还将提供TLC固定网络的能效度量指标。
