家庭能源管理系统和家庭网络业务的要求和架构

ITU-T Y.2070建议书提出了家庭能源管理系统（HEMS）和家庭网络（HN）的要求和架构。HEMS支持通过监控家用电器、蓄电池及利用HEMS应用与HN相连的传感器等方式提高能效，降低能耗。
在HEMS应用运转可提高能效并降低能耗的算法的同时，需要开发一个平台（PF），为设备使用该应用和该应用的有效部署提供各种通用功能。这不仅适用于HEMS，亦适用于家庭安全和医疗保健等其它HN业务。此建议书阐述了HN业务支持HEMS需遵守的共同要求，广为人知的HEMS被普遍视为是HN业务中的一种。该建议书还阐述了包括HEMS与其它HN之间功能关系的参考架构和功能架构。
