移动IPTV的功能要求

ITU-T Y.1903建议书描述了作为一种IPTV应用（ITU-T Y.1901建议书）的移动IPTV的功能要求。该建议书适用于IPTV终端设备通过已启用IPTV能力的移动网络与IPTV业务提供商的连接，无论地点或技术环境出现任何变化。本建议书着重研究IPTV业务提供商在IPTV终端设备联网方面的需求，未涉及IPTV服务的通用功能要求，因为ITU-T Y.1901建议书负责这一问题，但提供了仅针对移动IPTV服务的要求。因此，这些功能要求被用来制定IPTV功能组件的详细规范，而ITU-T Y.1910为支持移动IPTV确定了这些规范。
