В Рекомендации МСЭ-T D.1102 рассматриваются возможные механизмы компенсации потребителям и защиты потребителей, связанные с предоставлением и потреблением OTT. Это обусловлено расширяющимся использованием приложений over-the-top (OTT) для осуществления голосовых вызовов, мгновенного обмена сообщениями и видеовызовов в отсутствие международной базы, обеспечивающей защиту потребителей и предоставление им компенсации в случае необходимости. |
