Управление данными на основе блокчейна для поддержки интернета вещей, "умных" городов и сообществ

Наряду с развитием интернета вещей (IoT) и умных городов и сообществ (SC&C), различные приложения предъявляют различные требования к управлению данными, и возникает множество проблем, в особенности в области представления данных, обработки данных, предоставления услуг данных и т. д., а также других аспектов безопасным и эффективным способом. Вместе с тем блокчейн как новая развивающаяся технология обладает такими характеристиками, как доверие, прозрачность, прослеживаемость и подотчетность. Эта технология обладает потенциальными возможностями разрешения существующих проблем в области управлении данными.
В Рекомендации МСЭ-Т Y.4561 определены требования, общая эталонная модель, общие возможности и процедуры управления данными на основе блокчейна.
