Для оценки воздействия существует большое число возможных методов, и каждый из них имеет свои преимущества и недостатки. В Рекомендации МСЭ-T K.91 содержится руководство по оценке, измерению и мониторингу воздействия радиочастотных (РЧ) электромагнитных полей (ЭМП) на человека в местах, находящихся поблизости от сооружений радиосвязи, которое основано на существующих стандартах воздействия и соответствия в диапазоне частот 9 кГц – 300 ГГц. В руководство включены процедуры оценки воздействия, а также способы удостоверения соответствия допустимым уровням воздействия со ссылкой на существующие стандарты.
Рекомендация МСЭ-T K.91 ориентирована на исследования доступных для населения мест в реальных условиях функционирующих в настоящее время служб со многими различными источниками РЧ ЭМП, а также содержит ссылки на стандарты и Рекомендации, относящиеся к соответствию продуктов стандартам ЭМП.
В настоящую Рекомендацию включено электронное приложение, содержащее программу для расчета неопределенности и программные модули Watt Guard. |
