La présente annexe contient un ensemble améliorée de mesures de la performance d'un appel voix sur IP, dont les caractéristiques sont compatibles à celles définies dans la norme RFC 3611 (RTCP XR, RTP control protocol extended reports). L'utilisation d'un ensemble commun de mesures pour l'établissement d'un rapport sur la qualité de service via des protocoles de contrôle d'appel et des protocoles de trajet médias diminue la complexité des systèmes d'extrémité et facilite la comparaison entre les données pour résoudre des problèmes de qualité de service. |
